Stratton stepped up as a broker for Weichert, Realtors The Alt Company in 2012, and has lead and directed the ALT team with enthusiasm. Stratton is active in the community as well as developing meaningful, collaborative relationships with other Columbus-based Realtors. Stratton was recently re-elected by his Realtor peers to the MLS Committee, and serves as Sub-Committee chair. He has also held the Clintonville NAREA Secretary position on two occasions in the past. He is a member of multiple other local real estate associations throughout central Ohio. He has also been awarded the $10 Million Dollar Sales Award from Columbus Realtors.
