Place for Rent Web Page Order Form

Simply fill out the form below to order a web page for your business! This form will alert us to begin the creation of your web site. The site will be up in about two (2) weeks after receipt of payment. Unless otherwise specified, all fields must be completed to be listed online. Also please note any pictures to be included on the web site must be emailed separately to webdesigner@lawchek.net.

Payment Information

All web pages are $250. This includes unlimited text, links, and a photo of your choice. A web address of yourname.houselist.com will also be provided. Checks and Money Orders made payable to enlighten technologies may be sent to:

Below you will find text boxes where you may list or write what you would like on each of the pages. Feel free to make notes to the web creator as well (For example, if you would like your address information on the Home Page as well as the Contact Page just make a note 'Please include my address information as well' in the Home Page Text Box).

Home Page Text (Information you want on the first page of your site.)

About Us Text (Information you want on the page about your business - Detail benefits of the area, renting specials/policies, etc.)

Contact Information (Your Business Information listed above will be placed on this page - however please let us know if you would like to add more information about hours, directions, etc.)

Floor Plans (Here please list any descriptions about the layout of the place for rent. Square footage of the rooms and storage space available are just a start.)

Links (Unlimited Links, so list any sites that you find useful or think renters or potential renters will find interesting. It is recommended that a short description and a title of the page to which you are linking to are included with the URL.)

Photographs

At this time we ask that you send any photos to be used on your web page to webdesigner@lawchek.net.
One photo is allowed for your home page and photos/images for your Floor Plans may be added as well. If you do not have you home page photo scanned into the computer, it may be sent to: HouseList / 330 First Street SE, Suite A / Cedar Rapids, IA 52401. However, photos/images for Floor Plans will only be accepted via email at this time.

Please provide us with the following information:

Business Information: Please provide your Company Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Fax (optional), Email (optional) and business Hours.
Web Information: Please provide information you want on you Home Page, About Us page, Contact Information page (Business Information will be used, but you may add directions, etc), Floor Plans page, and the Links page (It is recommended you include the title and a short description of every URL you submit).
Template Choices: Please let us know which Template you would like to use.
Other Comments: Please let our web designers know of any special directions or ideas.
